My UX Skills
User Research
My approach to user research carefully balances user needs and desires with businesses requirements and goals. Asking the right questions of stakeholders helps distill the needs of the project.
Information Mapping and Taxonomy
Making sense out of large, chaotic sets of content is my comfort zone: building taxonomy, groupings, and finding intuitive paths between information. Conceptual overlap can be a tool rather than a barrier to clarity.
Content Strategy
The foundation of my content strategy lies in defining and sorting user profiles and goals, and optimizing for those unique paths. I prioritize consistent voice, readability and scannablity, GEO and SEO, and inclusivity across media platforms.
