Northwestern University Course Listing UX Improvement

My role: User interviews and stakeholder interviews, definition and analysis, Figma prototypes, and user testing.

Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering has dozens of websites, sharing important information with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and parents daily. Staff reported struggling with the course listing interface and research revealed problems.
